Isn't Ach attaching onto to presynaptic neuron a positive feedback loop not a negative one?
Rao Gongfu (1 год назад)
I think it depends, for example in the neuromuscular junction, the presynaptic nAChR has a + feedback mechanism to further enhance ACh release. Thanks
Reem Abdullah (1 год назад)
shehar bano (1 год назад)
Its negative feedback since after attachment with pre-synaptic membrane Ach inhibits further release of Acetylcholine from the the vesicles.
