The y-axis of EC50 for Drug B at 8:26 is wrong... It is not the same as the 50% of max effect of Drug A since they have different max effects...

Why is the EC50 for the drug B that does not reach 100% max effect still measured at the 50% max effect? Should this not be lower?

Inverse agonists cause opposite effects of agonists, making the cells even less response to basal activity; On the other hand, antagonists just occupy the binding site, preventing agonists from binding(competitive), or bind to allosteric site, changing the structure of the binding site, making agonist harder to bind. From the graph, you can see an inverse agonist make the curve downward comparing to base line, whereas an antagonist produce a flat line (no effect) comparing to base line.

Great video - however at 11:25 when you describe allosteric antagonism, you say that it does not induce a change in EC50, when that is not always the case. You may want to put a disclaimer.
